I'm writing this letter describing the absolutely amazing experience I've recently had with BlueBay Automation. We are fully automated and integrate our own robotic systems in house.
Recently we experienced a very strange problem while commissioning a new robotic cell. We were completely stumped and had nowhere to turn after troubleshooting for many many hours. At the recommendation of Yaskawa Motoman, we called BlueBay Automation. Diane answered the phone and was very kind, professional and fast!
She put me through to Robert, their application engineer, who quickly assessed our situation and brought in the owners (Pierre & Tom) to help us diagnose our problem. Using Email, speaker phone and texting many photos we went through every system step by step. We went over wiring, dip switch settings, reviewed jumper wires, checked all our parameters. We eventually determined that we had a defective controller.
We had no account with BlueBay Automation. They had never heard of our company and I called them 30 min before they closed and they stayed on the phone for well over an hour! The next day they even texted me to check in to see if I was Ok.
I've been in business for over 33 years, and have never experienced customer service and support like I experienced at BlueBay Automation. These guys absolutely blew my mind. I will definitely be using these guys on our next project, and will highly recommend them to anyone using robotic systems, VFDs and PLC controllers.
