The HydroClean Series of sanitary conveyors from QC Conveyors make keeping up with hygienic manufacturing standards and changing sanitary regulations much easier. Our sanitary conveyor systems feature a configurable design and are NSF and BISSC certified. This ensures they will meet some of the highest sanitation standards in the industry.
Featuring self-draining stainless steel frames, these sanitary belt conveyors can be disassembled for cleaning with a series of pull-pins — minimizing downtime and getting you back to production quickly. Every component of our sanitary conveyors is intentionally crafted to minimize opportunities for bacteria growth, making them perfect for food packaging, bottling, and even pharmaceutical/medical applications. Designed with convenience and durability in mind, our hygienic conveyors also are built to work seamlessly with mounted accessories, stands, belts, and more. Because belts are the primary contact surface, it’s essential to choose the right belt material for your sanitary conveying equipment. We can help you choose the right belts for your wash down conveyors. V-guides help promote proper belt tracking, even in wet packaging applications.
