RAISING THE BAR FOR SMART ROBOTICS
Infinity Robotics collaborated with KPMG to develop the US Marine Corps’ 5G-enabled Smart Warehouse prototype. Tasked with automation consultation, we facilitated the project by supplying and configuring state-of-the-art Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to efficiently manage supplies, interface with humans and robotic cells, and conveyance systems. We implemented a unique robotics re-palletizing solution, employing vision artificial intelligence to transfer products between gaylords and pallets while meeting hardened cybersecurity requirements. Our expertise in integration and strategic partnerships secured the commercial solutions that helped KPMG win the contract, and then successfully deliver the Smart Warehouse concept to the USMC.

LAYERED TECHNOLOGIES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Infinity Robotics recently delivered a robotic cell featuring 3 industrial robots working collaboratively to build refrigerator drawers. This cell layered diverse vision systems that assisted assembly, quality control, and packing.

These robots fixed steel drawer slides to material from an injection mold system before weaving a control arm into the assembly and taking a picture for QA to ensure the final product was fit for delivery and installation.

Three weeks after delivery, the client reported multiple crashes, though the system seemed to continue working without issues. System crashes are expected within certain tolerance levels during the first few weeks after installation, but remote monitoring enabled our engineers to respond, repair, and reset exponentially faster than traditional service measures allow.

COMPLEX AND PRECISE ASSEMBLY
Infinity Robotics delivered a product that built intricate valve assemblies used in car washes and excavating equipment that employs water to cut trenches. The system used eleven trays of components to assemble a complete valve unit about the size of a crayon. Using force feedback throughout the system, we were able to ensure the final output met the exact standards required in products used in volatile environments. As another example of layered technology, vision systems provided final quality checks.
